Vendor Central: Contesting Chargebacks and Invoice Reconciliation

If you wish to cancel a dispute, you have created due to any number of reasons, such as finding evidence that Amazon’s claim was correct or realizing you had submitted the incorrect documentation, etc. You can do so, by going to your dispute management page, by selecting dispute management from the payments tab on the top menu of your vendor central dashboard.

On the next page, click on all active disputes under the dispute summary heading, locate to a specific dispute that you wish to cancel from the table of disputes at the bottom of the page and click request cancellation to the right of the dispute line under the column hitting actions. A popup window will open where you can provide the reason for your cancellation request before clicking, okay at the bottom right of the window.
