You can find the defect list on your operational performance dashboard by clicking on view defect list under the total chargebacks heading in the top right hand corner of the page. This is a list of all your non-compliances and the penalty fee for each that you have been charged waight or other. As we cover this section in more detail in the vendor central chargebacks and shortages course, we are going to focus primarily on the defect list report itself.
show moreThe defect list gives you information categorized under the following headings, chargeback ID purchase order, or customer order status, date, product, and ASIN. EAN and UPC chargeback type with notes and financial charge, you can order your defects list by selecting a relevant criterion from the dropdown menu provided alongside order by found on the top right hand corner of the table of defects.
You can also further filter your defects list by using the various filters to the left lower side of the page. What is most important is that you can select certain defects from the list or even all of them and export to a CSV file by clicking on CSV export at the top left-hand side of the page.
