You can find your operations performance dashboard by going to the reports tab on the top menu of your vendor central dashboard and selecting operational performance from the dropdown menu on this dashboard, you’ll be able to see each and every one of the non-compliances that Amazon regulates and how you are doing for each by a percentage measurement for each.
show moreYou will also see graphs and additional metrics for each non-compliance you click on. You can also choose the dates for which your reports are displayed by clicking on change dates under the display report for heading on the top right side of the page. The most relevant of these reports is the defect list.
