Transcription

An overweight carton chargeback occurs when you send a carton an Amazon fulfillment center containing more than one sellable unit and weight over 50 pounds. The amount for this chargeback is 25 US dollars per carton or package. To prevent this chargeback, ensure that all of the cartons you send to Amazon.

With more than one Sable unit do not weight more than 50 pounds apply warning labels, such as team lift or mechanical lift to all of the cottons that contain one Sable unit and weight more than 50 pounds. Overweight cottons increase the risk of injury to Amazon’s fulfillment center associates and damage to Amazon’s equipment.

Non-compliant cartons also prevent Amazon from using efficient automated processes to handle your shipments. This increases Amazon’s costs and the time between receiving your shipments and making them available for purchase on Amazon’s website.
