Vendor Central: Contesting Chargebacks and Invoice Reconciliation

Transcription

A Dunnage not compliant chargeback means that you used unacceptable packaging materials to ship your products to Amazon’s fulfillment center. The amount for this chargeback is 25 US dollars per carton or package. You can prevent this charge back by using accepted forms of packing materials, which include foam, air pillows, bubble wrap, or full sheets of paper.

Do not use any type of loose filling, including styrofoam peanuts, biodegradable packing peanuts, corn starch packing peanuts, crinkle wrap, or shredded paper. Proper damage ensures that your shipments are safely and securely delivered to Amazon’s fulfillment centers. Improper packaging can make it difficult and time consuming to extract products from boxes. And in certain cases can lead to loss of products. Unacceptable packaging materials can also negatively impact the customer experience.
