Duplicate products are listings of the same product in different sectors of the marketplace prohibited by Amazon. These harms, the sales potential of the original retailers, dilute reviews, and confuse the customer. Duplicate product pages in the Amazon catalog are confusing to customers and can make product search and purchasing decisions difficult.

You can merge product pages in your inventory. If they represent the same physical product, if you find identical product pages, you can request to merge the product pages. If the following attributes are the same for both products, product identifiers, such as UPCEAN, or ISBN package quantity product.

Physical attributes such as color, size or fragrance. If the product pages have the same attributes stated above you can do one of the following. Use the merge, duplicate product detail pages, self-service tool, and the catalog merge form, or open a case and request Amazon merge the pages or products.
