Vendor Central: Why is Amazon Not Placing Purchase Orders

Maybe you are finding that while Amazon is not submitting purchase orders for some of your products, they are submitting purchase orders for variations of these products like different sizes or colors or materials to the ones you want them to purchase. You can then go about by creating variations or twisters of the products that Amazon is not purchasing from the in-demand variations.
show moreGo to the support center and vendor central by clicking the support link at the top of your vendor central dashboard. Scroll down to the resource center and click the view resource center link under the selling your products heading find and download the variation sheets depending on which category or categories your products are listed under the spreadsheet will give you several variation options.
You can create your variations for all your ASINs for all applicable variations as per attempted instructions. Be sure to complete all the information in the relevant columns. Once you have completed the sheets, you can then contact Amazon through the support center by selecting the contact us button at the bottom of the page.
Select your business group on the next page as applicable. Scroll down to manage my catalog and select variation twister under the section, click the send and email link. Amazon’s internal teams will then create the twisters on your product landing pages based on the variations created in the spreadsheet and your email. In the case you have just opened, don’t forget to attach your variation sheets and then click the submit button to submit your case to Amazon support.
