You can find your packaging reports by going to the reports tab on the top menu, vendor central and selecting packaging reports from the dropdown menu. Most vendor central accounts will have message saying that Amazon is unable to provide updated packaging feedback reports. In some instances, however, this page will give you an overview of which returns were as a result of packaging issues and what the issues were exactly. Most times this kind of information can be found by going to the orders tab and selecting on returns and being able to examine each return individually there before you have to authorize it.
