Once you create a coupon and it’s approved, you’ll receive a unique marketing page URL for your eligible products with promotion details known as the coupon landing page or CLP, which is a URL that can be used to link to an offer from offsite. You can then share your exclusive marketing page on social media to promote sales for your Amazon product.
show moreIn order to advertise your coupons, select coupons from the dropdown menu of the merchandising tab on the top menu of vendor central on the next page, click the campaign details link at the top right hand corner of each of your coupon campaigns. On the following page, click on the coupon details, link to the rights of your campaign block.
You can now locate the CLP on your campaign details page at the top of the page, under the text coupon page, the value of this URL is two fold. First, the URL provides a way to send consumers from a site external to Amazon, such as Facebook, email, display ads, etc, to one page that lists all of the various products available on an offer.
Second. When a customer arrives at the URL, the offer is automatically clipped. If a consumer’s logged into their amazon.com account, if a consumer is not logged in after logging in, he will be taken back to the CLP and the offer will be automatically clipped. CLPs come into variations. If an offer only has one product on it, the customer will see the one of two screens without not is logged into Amazon.com .
If the offer has multiple products on it, one hero offer will be visible at the top of the CLP with the additional products available to view below on a page with pation. You can therefore use the CLP to create advertising on your own website in your own newsletters, on your social media pages to advertise your coupon and drive consumers to your coupon landing page.
It is also good to know that. Should you wish to create a sponsored display advertising campaign that includes a coupon, then you should choose an ASIN or ASINs that already have a coupon campaign through vendor central. When the sponsored display advert is shown, the coupon will also automatically be shown with the advert as well.
