Vendor Central: Contesting Chargebacks and Invoice Reconciliation

Your dispute management dashboard can be found by going to the payments tab of the top menu of your vendor central dashboard, and selecting dispute management from the dropdown menu. On this page, you can then see all disputes relating to shortages co-op fees and returns. You can create a new dispute by clicking on the yellow, create new dispute button under the heading need to dispute something to the top left side of the page.
show moreYou can view any announcements on the top right side of the page under the heading announcements under the heading disputes summary in the top cent of the page, you can view the following dispute states for all dispute cases, draft, submitted, pending Amazon action, pending your action resolved and all active disputes. Any of these items that are highlighted in blue and have a number alongside them are clickable. And you can click through to view all issues in that status.
You can also choose to search for a particular dispute by going to the dropdown menus beneath the hitting search disputes. Lower down on the page. The dispute search criteria are as follows. Dispute ID, dispute status, shortage invoices, disputed invoices, or return IDs, dispute date range, ASIN and dispute time.
For each one of these statuses that you select further dropdown menus will accompany them to the right of the cell where you can answer further filters for each. All your disputes as you have searched for them will appear in a table at the bottom of the page. You can also download the shortage dispute ASIN summary by clicking on the blue highlighted download shortage dispute ASIN summary in the top right-hand corner of the table of disputes.
