You can set up a virtual warehouse for times when you need to modify a warehouse lead time to have more control over your supply chain, a virtual warehouse allows you to assign a longer or shorter lead time to the fulfillment of some of your products for products with different processing times, you can set up a new warehouse address from an existing warehouse.
show moreTo enable you to get the schedule for shipping your products to set up a virtual warehouse, go to your warehouse settings in the dropdown menu of your settings tab on the top menu of vendor central, select add a direct fulfillment warehouse. Use the same address as an existing warehouse, but call it a different name.
For example, if your original warehouse is called new warehouse. Call your new one new warehouse virtual determine the best lead time for your new virtual warehouse. And then use contact us and the subject warehouse settings questions to request confirmation of this new virtual warehouse lead time.
If you find that you cannot find the subject warehouse settings questions. You can always choose to select your business group under contact us purchase order management, ship, or delivery windows.
