If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged for non-compliance, you have up to 30 days from the last notification date to dispute a chargeback, you can dispute all chargebacks related to labeling through the following steps, go to the operational performance dashboard.

Click on view defig list, which takes you to the chargebacks page. From that page you can view and sort your chargebacks, click on any issue ID to display detailed information about it. You can then either choose to dispute this charge back on this detail page, or go back to chargebacks, select the chargeback you wish to dispute, click dispute chargeback, and complete all relevant information, including uploading evidence in the form of images or documentation.

And click on the submit dispute button. You may only submit a dispute for the same chargeback twice. If a chargeback has been disputed and rejected twice, it is no longer eligible for dispute. The following evidence or documentation is required for these chargebacks when submitting the relevant dispute.

For the barcode chargeback, an image or images of the label and the ASIN barcode that shows that the product was sent with a valid barcode and that the barcode could be correctly scanned when it left your facility. An image or images of a valid label on a car that shows that the carton had the purchase order information for no carton content label, chargeback, the supporting documentation that you need to provide will depend on the notes associated with the chargeback.

If Amazon couldn’t recognize any carton content labels provide an example of the type of carton content label you use. It does not have to be the exact label from the chargeback, but it must be representative of what you use on a regular basis. If the carton level information was missing from the advanced shipment notification provide evidence of where the advanced shipment notification contained the license plate barcode information that is either the SSCC or the AMZNCC.

If the G10 14 barcode had unusable mapping, then supply the G10 14 gold list that contains the mapping between the G10 14, the ASIN and the quantity. You must also provide the email confirmation that you received from your contact at Amazon stating that the G10 14 gold list was approved.
