If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged for non-compliance, you have up to 30 days from the last notification date to dispute a chargeback, you can dispute all chargebacks relating to advance shipment notifications through the following steps, go into the operational performance dashboard.

Click on view defect list, which takes you to the chargebacks page. From that page you can view and sort your chargebacks click on any issue ID to display detailed information about it. You can either choose to submit a dispute on the detail page. By clicking dispute this chargeback, or go back to chargebacks, select the chargeback you wish to dispute, click dispute, chargeback, and complete all relevant information, including uploading evidence in the form of images or documention. And click on the submit dispute button. You may only submit a dispute for the same chargeback twice. If a chargeback has been disputed and rejected twice, it is no longer eligible for dispute.

The following evidence or documentation is required for these chargebacks backs with submitting the relevant dispute. For carton content accuracy, chargebacks for item labels on case packs or master packs, provide images, showing a face open carton in a packs and individual sellable units of the ASIN.

Showing how the items are packed inside the carton for shipping, all barcodes must be clearly visible in the image. For wrong items received compared to the information in the advanced shipment notification, provide a clear image of the item barcode for the missing item. For ASN accuracy, chargebacks, a screenshot of the advanced shipment notification in vendor central, or the text copy or XML of the EDI 856 transmition.

That shows that the advanced shipment notification was submitted prior to the shipment being received for the missing expiration date indicate the type of carton compliant labels used that is SSCC, barcode packing slip, G10 14, or the AMZNCC label.
