Another important widget that is available on the Seller central dashboard is performance. This widget provides you with account of buyer messages, A to Z guarantee, claims charge back claims, buyer messages, account health, and the customer feedback rating. We’ve been reviewing the importance that Amazon places on exceptional customer service.

The performance tab at the top navigation bar also provides you with access to these different sections so you can access them at any time and from anywhere on the site.
Later in this course, we will be addressing each one of these very important areas in greater detail. They all have an important weight to your performance ratings.
