In order to cancel or discard a free shipping promotion, select manage promotions from the dropdown menu of the advertising tab on the top menu of Seller Central. On the next page under the Manage Your Promotions tab, use the search option dropdown menus at the top of the page to locate your promotion.
show moreOnce your free shipping promotion shows up in the table below, click the tracking ID so that the promotion opens up for you to view. You can also click the view button to the right of the promotion you wish to discard on this free shipping promotion page. Click the end, this promotion button.
A popup window will appear where you will need to confirm that you do indeed wish to cancel this promotion. Select the submit button to cancel and end your free shipping promotion.
