Well next review, where on vendor central reports can be found after logging into vendor central. Go to the reports tab at the top and click on the manufacturer’s answers and review comments in the drop-down. Click here that you agree with the posting guidelines we reviewed earlier, but be aware that Amazon does change their policies and guidelines often.
show moreSo it’s prudent to read them frequently here. You will find a drop-down under report type. As you can see, one is for questions and answers. The others is for reviews and another dropdown appears on the right. This dropdown reveals the weekly reports select a week, and then download the report, know that only one week can be downloaded at a time.
The report contains the vendor code. Item name and number of new reviews and the link to the detailed page. If the hyperlink is not activated, simply copy and paste it into your browser URL, and it will bring you directly to the detailed page. When on the detail page, click on comment, a dialog box opens what you must first sign in with your username and password before you’re able to post a comment.
Be sure to sign in with the username and password associated with the official contributor status. That’s it. It’s as simple way to respond to customers’ questions and comments on reviews in a concise format.
