Fulfilled by merchant or FBM indicates that the seller will ship products from their own inventory and handle all customer feedback and queries. What this essentially means is that you will handle your own inventory in your own warehouse, manage your own orders from consumers through the Amazon platform, arrange for your own careers to collect and deliver the order to the consumer. It is basically business as usual for you as a retailer, as most of your orders will be single unit items to a single person, as opposed to a box of multiple products to another business or company.
