That is usually the case with Amazon listings that are getting often the same complaints and negative reviews from customers, a slight tweak to the copy or adding some information that is missing arms, a customer with knowledge and with knowledge. Lovely beards is a brand that manufacturers a beard balm. It uses organic and natural materials and acts as a long lasting moisturizer to keep beard smooth and soft. It has coconut oil, which aides as a healing and hydrating. These terms, reveal a lot about their product benefits for a beard grower, none of which make it sound like the formula creates a hard product that is difficult to apply, but that is exactly what the customers were complaining about.

It’s the complete opposite from what a person should expect in a moisturizing balm armed with this knowledge, the brand went to test. They added information. So customers were armed with their own knowledge. They added messaging. Copy that, highlighted that the beard balm is a little harder than others, especially if it’s stored in a very cool area.

This small edition provided the customer with knowing that the bomb is not as smooth as other brands, but it’s just a small price to pay for an all natural product that delivers long-lasting results. In this case, the brand took the knowledge from the customers and then returned it back to them. Arming shoppers with product knowledge.

Puts the power back in their hands to trust the brand and ultimately make an, a formed purchase.
