Transcription

The ster six test report is the report that the ster laboratory completes after they have done all the required tests for your products, packaging as laid out in the overview documents we went through in the previous section. The example we have for you here in this course is the more prevalent one for tier 1 and tier 2 frustration free packaging programs.

What you can expect in your test report is the following your information as the vendor, along with the ASIN being tested, the item description of that ASIN, which certification it is going to pass or fail. The laboratory’s information, the pass or fail results of your product, comments made by the laboratory, the lab test request with details of your product ASIN. Pretest inspection information, pretest pictures, test details, which you should recognize from the tables we saw in the overview documents in the previous section. Test pictures and post test pictures. Once you have this report in hand and your products have all passed the tests. It is then time to complete the vendor enrollment template.
