Transcription
You may wish to consider selling these ASINs that Amazon is not placing purchase orders for through direct fulfillment instead, so that customers can still purchase a product from you. And you can slowly build up demand that way, depending on your content, pricing, availability, etc, all being absolutely superbly set up for your listings on the Amazon website.
show moreDirect fulfillment simply means that you as the vendor ship some of your products directly to consumers as, and when they’re ordered, as opposed to you receiving purchase orders from Amazon, themselves through your vendor central account and shipping your products to the Amazon fulfillment centers, because you can choose to have part of your catalog Shipp as direct fulfillment.
This is an ideal option for those ASINs that Amazon simply does not post purchase orders for.
To sign up for direct fulfillment. You must meet the program’s requirements, including having a warehouse and bank account in the same country where your account is registered to sign up for direct fulfillment. Go to warehouse settings from the settings tab on the top menu of vendor central and follow the onscreen instructions.
After you sign up, update your warehouse addresses and contact information, and then add your products. When a product has been designated for direct fulfillment and a customer orders, it, Amazon will notify you to prepare the product and ship it to the customer directly from your warehouse no later than the required ship date.
