Your sales diagnostic reports show you how many products you sold to Amazon and for how much in a given period, the summary view will show you grand totals of the shipped cost of good sold and the shipped units for the period selected by you as well as a percentage comparison to the previous period sales.

And the previous year sales over that same period. If the percentage isn’t green, it indicates positive growth. If it is in the red, it indicates negative growth. Your detailed view will then show your shipped units and cost of goods sold per ASIN for the period you selected. That is the breakdown of which ASINS made up the totals for that period in the summary view, scrolling to the right of this detailed view table.
You will be privy to further information, on your sales diagnostic report. You will be given a default report with a summary and detail review there of. When you first click on this menu item to the left of the page, you then have the option to select your various items from the drop-down menus provided depending on how your operations currently work with Amazon.
Your distributed view options can either be sourcing, which means you are viewing the products you sourced from another party and shipped to Amazon or manufacturing, which means you are viewing products. You shipped from your own manufacturing warehouse. Your sales view options can either be shipped cost of good sold, which are the shipped monetary value as what you sell to your products to Amazon for, or shipped units, which are the actual units you shipped.
Further dropdown menus will be category, subcategory and brand. If you sell multiple brands, your reporting range options can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Your viewing can then be a variety of options, depending which of the reporting ranges you selected. Once you have selected your data criteria from these drop-down menus. You would need to select apply in order for the summary and detail review below to be updated accordingly.
Once you have the selected views in place, you can then opt to download the various options for reports by clicking on the download button in the top right hand side of the page.
