Welcome to the Amazon Vendor Central Processing Purchase Orders Like a Pro.  In this course we will go through the Purchase Order Cycle and discover some very helpful insights and handy tips to processing your Purchase Orders so as to avoid certain Chargebacks associated with the Purchase Order Cycle, Shortage Claims and Price Claims. 

In this module we will be taking a deep dive into the following subjects:

Purchase Orders and How They are Generated

We will look at how the Amazon machine generates Purchase Orders in the first place so that you’ll understand the system a little better.

Managing Purchase Orders

We will learn how to edit and cancel line items on Purchase Orders and cancel Purchase Orders altogether and what the consequences could be.

Shipping and Invoicing Your Purchase Orders

We will go through how to document the shipping of your Purchase Orders, how to invoice them and what information you absolutely should not leave out.

Troubleshooting When Purchase Orders are Not Being Placed

We will cover the various ways in which you can prompt Amazon’s machine to place Purchase Orders for products you are not getting Purchase Orders for.
