You can manage a batch of returns all at once by downloading an Excel template to your desktop editing and uploading return requests, providing return authorization IDs, then submitting the file back to Amazon. You can also use the download file for internal bookkeeping purposes, handy right? Here’s how you edit and authorize return requests in a book.
show moreSelect returns from the dropdown menu of the orders tab on the top menu of your vendor central dashboard. On the next page, select the requests you want to manage in bulk, scroll down and click download as Excel spreadsheet, and then save this file to your computer update return items in the spreadsheet, ensuring that you include your return authorization ID, which you need for each returnable product.
Go back to your returns page and click on bulk authorization, browse to locate your saved file and then upload it. If the file was processed successfully, you’ll be able to review your approved requests. If it did not upload click into the error message to review the data errors in your spreadsheet, you will need to download your spreadsheet and correct these error and then follow the steps mentioned before, again, to repeat the upload process.
