Your operational performance status will be indicated on the homepage of your vendor central account. And here you will be able to see how well or how badly your account is performing its operations as per Amazon’s terms and conditions of trade. By hovering your cursor over the operational performance warehouse orders tab. You can see a bit more information on what has caused your current performance rating.
show moreThe operational performance dashboard indicates every non-compliance as it refers to the purchase order cycle. Each non-compliance is listed in scrollable bar on your dashboard. And is measured in terms of a percentage of all the purchase orders you have shipped, you can choose to display the reports for each non-compliance article for a specific time period, by altering the date range at the top of your operational performance dashboard.
By selecting each individual non-compliance issue from the scrollable bar on your dashboard. You can see the following information pertaining to that specific non-compliance. A performance graph for that non-compliance for the last 12 months. Your performance rating for that non-compliance for the last 12 months, current chargebacks issued for that specific non-compliance in the form of total penalty fees. Total shipments affected total POS affected and total units affected performance insights to that specific non-compliance.
Performance tips on how to prevent that specific non-compliance and a direct link to the article, dealing with that specific non-compliance in the support center of your vendor central account.
