Amazon also provides a more detailed report that includes both your shipment performance and order defect report together. This high-level summary provides in one location. Your performance over time can be found by going to the top navigation. Click on the performance tab, and then here under reports clicked on performance Overtime.
show moreHere we can see a dropdown, so you can choose the date range of your orders. You also can select a product group, whether the order has been filled by you or by Amazon, a weekly or monthly aggregate, and how you will like it to be displayed by a rate or by account. Be sure to click update here, so your filter options take effect.
Then below it, we see the breakdown according to your filtered selections. Here we see the total orders, pre-fulfillment, cancellations, late shipments, total orders with defects, negative feedback, A to Z guarantee claims, and chargeback claims. This report provides you with your performance over a given time and where you need to make improvements.
Remember that Amazon does take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and wants every seller on their platform to do well. This report is a great way to see shortfalls and key areas in need of improvements over time. Areas that need immediate attention and areas that you are excelling at.
