It lists out appropriate behaviors that all sellers must adhere to, and they are as follow. All sellers must provide accurate information to Amazon and customers at all times.
All sellers must act fairly and not misuse Amazon’s features or services. All sellers must not attempt to damage or abuse another seller, their listings or ratings. All sellers must not attempt to influence customers ratings, feedback and reviews. All sellers must not send unsolicited or inappropriate communications.
All sellers must not contact customers except through buyer seller messaging. All sellers must not attempt to circumvent the Amazon sales process, and all sellers must not operate more than one selling on Amazon account without permission by Amazon. Of course, as we know by now, Amazon wants to maintain a positive customer experience, so violating the code of conduct or any other Amazon policy may result in actions against your account.
These actions may include cancellation of listings, suspension, or forfeiting payments, and removal of selling privileges.
