Let’s say for the sake of this video that you chose not to buy shipping from Amazon for some reason. Perhaps it was unavailable and you had to use your own carrier or career for a specific order to deliver the product to the customer. You would need to remember to update some tracking information for your order.
show moreLet’s look at how we do this, remembering that this process will only apply for orders where you ship using a third party shipping company or your own courier without purchasing shipping from Amazon. If you buy shipping from Amazon, these tracking details are automatically filled in select manage orders from the dropdown menu of the orders tab on the top menu of Seller Central.
On your manage orders page, locate your order under the pending or unscripted tabs, and then click on the edit shipment button alongside the order you want to update the tracking information on on the order detail page. Scroll down to where the package details are. Select the ship date carrier shipping service, and enter the tracking ID. You can then click the confirmed shipment button thereafter.
