Once you have downloaded and opened your cancel listings report, you will see the following fields or columns for each SKU that has been canceled by Amazon in the past 30 days. Item name, item description, seller SKU, price, quantity, image URL, item is marketplace, product id type, Z Shop shipping fee, item note.

The unused fields are provided for backwards compatibility to allow sellers who originally integrated their business using these fields to continue with their current software programs. If you do not need any of these fields, you may simply delete the columns from your downloaded report.
The item name column refers to the title of the item listed. This will be populated with Amazon catalog data. The item description column is used for backwards compatibility only. The seller SKU column refers to the stock keeping units, which are unique blocks of letters and or numbers that identify your products.
SKUs are signed by you as the seller. The price column refers to the price you are asking for the product. The quantity column refers to the quantity of the product available for purchase. The image URL column refers to the specific URL where the main image is kept. The item is Marketplace column refers to whether the product is in the Amazon marketplace, and will now obviously be in for no on this report as it has been canceled by Amazon.
The products ID type column refers to a numeric entry that indicates that the product ID is an ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN code or number, when uploading files and standard book format. This field valuable default to two for the ISBN as otherwise specified. The numbers or numeric entries for this column are as follows.
One is for the ASIN, two for the ISBN, three for the UPC, four for the EAN. The Z shop shipping fee column is used for backwards compatibility only. The item note column refers to your description of the listing. The item condition column refers to your condition code for the listing and you would need to be familiar with which numeric entry pertains to which condition.
The number one is for used like new condition. The number two is for used very good condition. The number three is for used good condition. The number four is for used in acceptable condition. The number five is for collectables like new condition. The number six is for collectible in very good condition. The number seven is for collectible in good condition.
The number eight is for collectible in acceptable condition. The number 10 is for refurbished, and the number 11 is for new. The Z Shop category one column is used for backwards compatibility only. The Z Shop Browse Park column is used for backwards compatibility only. The Z Shop storefront feature column is used for backwards compatibility only. The ASIN one column is not used and the field is populated with the product ID or ASIN.
The ASIN two-column is used for backwards compatibility only. The ASIN three column is used for backwards compatibility only. The will ship internationally column refers to whether your product is available to customers outside of the current country, and you would need to be familiar with numeric entry for each.
Namely, the number one pertains to listings that are available only to customers inside the country you currently sell the products in. The number two pertains to listings that are available to customers outside of the country you currently sell the products in. The expedited shipping column refers to types of shipping available for your products, and again, you would need to be familiar with which terms referred to what type of shipping.
The word second refers to listings that are available for second-day shipping to domestic addresses. The word next refers to listings that are available for next-day shipping to domestic addresses. The word same refers to listings that are available for same-day shipping to domestic addresses, and the letter N refers to expedited shipping is not offered.
The Z sharp bold face column is used for backwards compatibility only. The product ID column refers to the ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN for the item. So in the product ID type column that we spoke about earlier, if you had selected or the number in there, numeric entry is one your product ID in this column would be the ASIN. The add delete column will be emptying the report as it enables you to use it to update online inventory as needed.
