Once you have downloaded and opened your open listings report, you will see the following fields or columns. Item name, item description, listing ID, seller SKU, price, quantity, open date, image URL, Item is marketplace, product id type, Z Shop shipping fee, Item note, Item condition, Z shop category one, Z. Shop browse path, Z shop storefront feature.
show moreASIN one, ASIN two, and ASIN three will ship internationally expedited shipping. Z Shop boldface, product id, bid for featured placement, add, delete, and pending quantity. The unused fields are provided for backwards compatibility to allow sellers who originally integrated their business using these fields to continue with their current software programs.
If you do not need any of these fields, you may simply delete the columns from your downloaded report. The item name column refers to the title of the item listed. This will be populated with Amazon catalog data. The item description column is used for backwards compatibility only. The listing ID column refers to an identifier created by Amazon when you create a listing.
It normally consists of four digits, a capital letter, and six more digits. The seller SKU column refers to the stock-keeping units, which are unique blocks of letters and or numbers that identify your products. SKUs are signed by you as the seller. The price column refers to the price you are asking for the product.
The quantity column refers to the quantity of the product available for purchase, and this will never be a zero value. So you do not need to rely on this report to show you out-of-stock inventory. As mentioned in a previous video, the open date column refers to the date the listing was created. The image URL column refers to the specific URL with the main images kept.
The item is marketplace Column refers to whether the product is in the Amazon marketplace and will be Y for yes or N for no. The product ID type column refers to a numeric entry that indicates that the product ID is an ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN code or number. When uploading files and standard book formats, this field value will default to two for ISBN unless otherwise specified.
The numbers assigned or the numeric entries assigned for each product ID are as follows. One is for an ASIN, two is for the ISBN. Three is for UPC, and four is for EAN. The Z shop shipping fee column is used for backwards compatibility only. The item load column refers to your description of the listing.
The item condition column refers to your condition code for the listing, and you would need to know what number or numeric entry pertains to which kind of condition. Namely, number one is for used condition like new. Number two is for used condition very good. Number three is for used condition good.
Number four is for used condition acceptable. Number five is for collectables like new, Number six is for collectibles very good. Number seven is for collectible good. Number eight is for collectible acceptable. Number 10 is refurbished, and number 11 is new. The Z Shop category one columnists used for backwards compatibility.
The Z Shop Browse path column is used for backwards compatibility only. The Z Shop storefront feature column is used for backwards compatibility only. The ASIN one column is not used, and the field is populated with the product ID or ASIN. The ASIN two-column is used for backwards compatibility only. The ASIN three columnists used for backwards compatibility only.
They will ship internationally column refers to whether your product is available to customers outside of the current country, and the number again, or the numeric entry will pertain to various items. The number one means listings that are available only to customers in the US or in the country in which you sell them.
And number two refers to listings that are available to customers outside of the US or outside of the country. You currently sell them in. The expedited shipping column refers to types of shipping available for your product. And again, you would need to know what each numeric or word means. For your expedited shipping type, namely, the word second refers to listings that are available for second-day shipping to US domestic addresses.
The word next refers to listings that are available for next-day shipping to domestic addresses the words, same refers to listings that are available for same-day shipping to domestic addresses, and the letter N refers to not offered. The Z Shop Boldface column is used for backwards compatibility only.
The product ID column refers to the ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN for the item. So if you chose or have the number one in the previous column that we mentioned, then you would have the As ASIN in this column.
The bid for featured placement column is used for backwards compatibility only. The add delete column will be empty in the report as it enables you to use an open listings report to update online inventory, and the pending quantity column refers to the quantity of the item that is pending purchase at the time of the report.
