The Open Listings report contains any current merchant fulfilled open listings available for purchase. At the time you request the report, Amazon fulfilled listings are not included in this report. You can modify and update listings in the spreadsheet and then upload it using the inventory loader as explained in the Seller Central catalog Management course.
show moreThe Open Listings report is similar to the Active Listings Report. However, an important difference is that the Open Listings report does not show listings with a quantity of zero, whereas the Active Listings report does. Therefore, if you need to see your SKUs out of stock inventory, you should use the full Active Listings report instead.
The Active Listings report also shows you which SKUs are seller fulfilled and which are Amazon-fulfilled. So if you are enrolled in the Fulfillment by Amazon program, note that the Open Listings report does not show the fulfillment channel.
