Once you have downloaded and opened your active listings report, you will see the following fields or columns item name, item description, listing ID, seller SKU, price, quantity, open date, item is marketplace, product ID type, Z shop shipping fee, item notes, item condition, Z Shop category one, Z Shop Browse Path, Z shop storefront feature, ASIN one, ASIN two, ASIN three will ship internationally expedited shipping, Z Shop boldface, product ID, bid for featured placement, Add delete, pending quantity and fulfillment channel.
show moreThe unused fields are provided for backwards compatibility to allow sellers who originally integrated their business using these fields to continue with their current software programs. If you do not need any of these fields, you may simply delete the columns from your downloaded report. The item name column refers to the title of the item listed.
This will be populated with Amazon catalog data. The item description column is used for backwards compatibility only. The listing ID column refers to an identifier created by Amazon when you create a listing. It normally consists of four digits, a capital letter, and six more digits. The service SKU column refers to the stock keeping units, which are unique blocks of letters and or numbers that identify your products.
SKUs are signed by you as the seller. The price column refers to the price you are asking for the product. The quantity column refers to the quantity of the product available for purchase, and this can very well be a zero/0 value. The open date column refers to the date the listing was created. The item is marketplace Column refers to whether the product is in the Amazon marketplace, and will obviously always be Y for yes, for an active listings report.
Because these are active listings. The product ID type column refers to a numeric entry that indicates if the product ID is an ASIN, ISBN, UPC or EAN code number. When uploading files and standard book format, this field valuable default two for ISBN and is otherwise specified, you would need to select one of the following.
For the cell pertaining to each SKU. One refers to an ASIN. Two as mentioned, refers to an ISBN. Three refers to the UPC, and four refers to an EAN. The Z shop shipping field column is used for backwards compatibility only.
The item load column refers to your description of the listing. The item condition column refers to your condition code for listing, and you would need to select the relevant number in the cell pertaining to each SKU. Namely one is for used like new. Two is for used very good. Three is for used good.
Four is for used acceptable condition. Five is collectable like new. Six is collectable very good. Seven is collectable good condition. Eight is collectable in acceptable condition. 10 is refurbished and 11 is new. The Z Shop category one column is used for backwards compatibility only. The Z Shop Browse path column is also used for backwards compatibility only. The Z Shop storefront feature column is used for backwards compatibility only.
The ASIN one column is not used and the field is populated with the product id. The ASIN two columns is used for backwards compatibility only. The ASIN three column is used for backwards compatibility only. They will ship internationally. Column refers to whether your product is available to customers outside of the current country, and you would need to select the relevant number in the cell pertaining to each skew.
So if we are talking about products being sold in the country of the United States of America, for example, You would then choose number one listings that are available only to customers in the US, or two listings that are available to customers outside of the US. Of course, if you were in the UK, then one would be listings that are available only to customers in the UK, and two would be listings that are available to customers outside of the UK.
The expedited shipping column refers to types of shipping available for your products, and you would need to select, the relevant option in the cell pertained to each SKU, namely second, which is for listings that are available for second day shipping to US domestic addresses. Next, which is for listings that are available for next day shipping to US domestic addresses. Same, which are for listings that are available for same day shipping to us domestic addresses, and the letter in for not of it.
The Z Shop Bold face column is used for backwards compatibility only. The product’s ID column refers to the ASIN, ISBN, and UPC or EAN for the item. The bid for featured placement column is used for backwards compatibility only. The add delete column will be empty in the report as it enables you to use an open listings report to update online inventory.
The pending quantity column refers to the quantity of the item that is pending purchased at the time of the report, and the fulfillment channel column will indicate for FBA sellers if the listing is set for seller fulfillment or fulfillment by Amazon.
