The Active Listings report provides a snapshot of all the products you’ve listed on Amazon at the time the report is run. This report includes all of your product listings, including those with zero quantity. It also provides you with information about the products Your listings are matched to an Amazon, including the product title and product identifier.
show moreIn most cases, the ASIN is returned as the product ID for the listing. But the product ID may also be the industry standard identifier, such as the ISBN, UPC or EAN. The active listings reports includes details but each listing, including condition item note, and BMVD shipping settings. If you are enrolled in fulfillment by Amazon, the report includes an additional column for the fulfillment channel seller fulfilled, or Amazon fulfilled.
The Active Listings report is a tab limited text or CSV file that you can open in any spreadsheet or database program such as Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel or Notepad. Listing data and file columns can then be modified within the spreadsheet and uploaded at any time using the inventory loader or listing loader, and you can refer to our seller central catalog management course for further information on these two file template.
