Let’s say for the sake of this video that you chose not to buy shipping from Amazon and decided to use your own carrier or career to deliver the product to the customer. You would need to update some tracking information for your order then, right? Remember, if you buy shipping from Amazon, all the tracking details will be automatically filled when you click confirm shipment.

Remembering that this process will only apply for orders where you ship using a third party shipping company or your own career without purchasing shipping from Amazon. As remember, those tracking details are automatically entered. When you click confirm shipment, select manage orders from the drop down menu of the orders tab on the top menu of seller Central.
On the next page, which should be under the pending tab search for the order id you wanted to update the tracking information on. In this example, this client purchased shipping from Amazon, so we are going to the shipped tab to show you where the edit shipment button would appear. If this was under pending, click on the edit shipment button alongside your order ID.
Again in this video, the client chose to purchase shipping from Amazon, but if they had not, then the section here where you have ship date carrier shipping service, and tracking id, you would all be able to edit yourself. Once you are done entering this information, you would be able to click a confirmed shipment button on this order Detail page.
