By combing through the reviews, you’re able to uncover the language they use to describe the product and your brand.
And in turn, you can get important copy points and keywords directly from customers who have used the product. Customer reviews can also bring out the personality of loyal customers who have purchased the product and continue to make purchases reviews can reveal the tone and type of customers that are buying your product.
You can see if your positioning is on point and if your content is speaking to the flavor of your target. One approach will be to review the words and tone of the customer reviews to see how the product makes them feel. Are they serious? Are they light and funny? Do they write in an engaging tongue-in-cheek way?
Are they outdoor seekers or home bodies? You can use the information from the customer’s review section to amend that title. Bullets description or backend keywords this way you are adapting the content specifically to words from the customer. These words are more than likely the same word they are using as search terms.
So by applying their language to your listing, the chances of being discovered increase.
