Amazon states that the title for mobile truncates at 84 characters, whereas on desktop view, the title will begin to truncate at 111 characters.

We have seen this number of fluctuate by a few characters. So to be safe, assume that your listing title will truncate at 80 characters when creating your listings. This is something you must pay attention to and to test yourself when optimizing your titles.
