The settlement discount is an incentive. You, as the vendor can offer Amazon to get them to pay you earlier than their preferred terms of 60 or 90 days, net from the invoice date, the basic percentage you can look at is between 2% and 3%, but you would need to negotiate strongly and successfully with this discount. As it normally remains the same for as long as you trade with Amazon, that is, this is the one agreement that you can consider permanent.
