A chargeback, as it relates to Amazon’s vendor central is a penalty issued to a vendor for non-compliance with Amazon’s terms and conditions of trade. These chargebacks come in the form of penalty fees or penalty costs, which are normally deducted from your remittance from Amazon. That is Amazon deducts.

This refers to how you prepare your products for shipping too and storage within the Amazon performance centers. The labeling of said products, whether the individual product packaging or the impact, these individual products are packed within, or the MasterCard that these individual products are packed.

You can access your operational performance dashboard from the scrolling bar under the top menu of your vendor central dashboard, or by selecting reports and selecting operational performance from the drop-down menu on the top menu of your Amazon vendor central dashboard.
