Once you have downloaded and opened your inactive listings report, you will see the following fields or columns. Item name, item description, listing id, seller SKU, price, quantity, open date, image url, item is marketplace, Product id time, Z shop shipping fee, item note, item condition, Z Shop category one.

The unused fields are provided for backwards compatibility to allow sellers who originally integrated their business using these fields to continue with their current software programs. If you do not need any of these fields, you may simply delete the columns from your downloaded report. The item name column refers to the title of the item listed.
This will be populated with Amazon catalog data. The item description column is used for backwards compatibility only. The listing ID column refers to an identifier created by Amazon when you create a listing. It normally consists of four digits, capital letter and six more digits. The seller SKU column refers to the stock keeping units, which are unique blocks of letters and or numbers that identify your products.
SKUs are signed by you as the seller. The price column refers to the price you are asking for the product. The quantity column refers to the quantity of the product available for purchase, and this can very well be a zero value given that some of these inactive listings are incomplete. The open date column refers to the date the listing is created.
The image URL refers to the specific URL of the main image where it can be located. The item is marketplace column refers to whether the product is in the Amazon marketplace and will now obviously. The N for No. As this report shows inactive listings only. It can ever say why for yes, if the ASIN is still live in the marketplace.
The product ID type column refers to a numeric entry that indicates that the product ID is an ASIN, ISBN, UPCl or EAN code or number. When uploading files and standard book format, this field valuable default to two for ISBN unless otherwise specified. You would need to be familiar with which numeric entry pertains to which product ID type namely.
One is for ASIN, two is for the ISBN, three is for the UPC, Four is for the EAN. The Z shop shipping fee column is used for backwards compatibility only. The item note column refers to your description of the listing. The item condition column refers to your condition code for the listing, and you would need to be familiar with which numeric entry pertains to which condition.
Namely, one is for used like new, two is for used in very good condition, three is for used in good condition, four is for used in acceptable condition, five is a collectable like new. Six is a collectable in very good condition. Seven is a collectable in good condition. Eight is a collectable in acceptable condition. Ten is refurbished at 11 is new it.
The Z Shop category one column is used for backwards compatibility only. As is the Z Shop Browse Path column and the Z Shop storefront feature. The ASIN one column is not used and the field is populated with the product ID or ASIN. The ASIN two column is used for backwards compatibility only, as is the ASIN three column.
The will ship internationally column refers to whether your product is available to customers outside of the current country, and you would need to be familiar with which numeric entry pertains to which type of shipping. Namely, the number one refers to listings that are available only to customers within the country that you currently sell from.
The number two pertains to listings that are available to customers outside of the current country that you sell from. The expedited shipping column refers to types of shipping available for your product, and you would need to be familiar with which term or letter refers to which type of expedited shipping.
Namely the word second refers to listings that are available for second day shipping to domestic addresses. The word next refers to listings that are available for next day shipping to domestic address. The word same refers to listings that are available for same day shipping to domestic addresses, and the letter N refers to listings that do not offer expedited shipping. The Z Shop bold face column is for backwards compatibility only.
The product ID column refers to the ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN of the item. So in our example, we saw that the product ID type was the number four, which pertains to the EAN. So this product ID would be the EAN. The bid for featured placement column is used for backwards compatibility only. The add delete column will be empty in the report.
The pending quantity column refers to the quantity of the item as pending purchased at the time of the report, and the fulfillment channel column will indicate for FBA sellers if the listing is set for seller fulfillment or fulfillment by Amazon.
