This report, the all listings report is similar to the Active Listings report, except it provides a snapshot of all products for specific merchant or seller, and goes further to include listings that are active, inactive, and incomplete. As you may recall, the active Listings report only showed listings that were active.
show moreTo create an all-listings report, select inventory reports from the drop-down menu of the inventory tab on the top menu of Seller Central. On the next page, select all listings report from the select report type drop-down menu provided. Should you wish to customize your report first, click the customize the columns for this report link.
Click the request report button. Your report will appear in the table below with a pending status or a request submitted in the report status field. Once it is ready to be downloaded, the status will change to ready and you will see the download link has become live. Click on this downward link and download your report to your computer as needed.
