The dreaded thing has happened. You lost your Amazon selling privileges first, don’t panic. Selling privileges are commonly restricted or removed. If a seller’s account health does not adhere to performance metrics and policies, know that you are not alone. And Amazon does remove seller’s privileges frequently.
show moreSecond, know that you might be able to appeal for reinstatement by following these steps in Seller Central Select performance, Then clicked Account Health at the top of the account Health page, click Reactivate your account. Enter the details of your plan of action in a form provided outlining the steps you will take to correct a problem you identified By providing a precise plan of action that effectively addresses the problems you improve the chance that your selling privileges will be reinstated.
Click submit to send your completed appeal to Amazon. Watch your email for a decision from Amazon. After receiving your plan of action, you’ll be notified by email within 48 hours. Submit any corresponding information asked for by Amazon. Amazon reviews each appeal carefully and oftentimes ask for supporting information.
Each submission does not guarantee reinstatement of your selling privilege. But you must stay on top of the request and hopefully your account will be reinstated in no time.
