The valid tracking rate or VTR applies only to seller fulfilled orders, inter percentage of the orders that have a valid tracking number. It measures the orders with a valid tracking number as a percentage of total shipments during a given 30 day time period. Customers who place orders often rely on tracking numbers to find out where their orders are in the delivery process.

Select the orders menu and then click upload order related files. To add a tracking number for an order, go to the manage orders page, then click confirm shipment for unshifted orders.
In the confirmed shipment section, select the carrier name from the dropdown list and enter the tracking id. Delivery service is optional. Only carriers that are integrated with Amazon are shown in the dropdown list. If you don’t see the carrier name that you use to ship your order. Only if the carrier is present on the valid tracking rate FAQ page and not seen in the dropdown list, you can choose other as a carrier name and enter the tracking number. Otherwise, the tracking number will not be considered as valid.
