Vendor Central: Contesting Chargebacks and Invoice Reconciliation

In order to review your return requests, select returns from the dropdown menu of the orders tab on the top menu of your vendor central dashboard. On the next page, click show search, select the status of your return request that is new approved or closed select the request type that is sellable or unsellable or both, and then select the date range. You can then enter your warehouse code or codes and the request IDs or authorization ID, if you have them on hand. Click the search button and your results will be displayed on the page.
