In order to submit an advanced shipment notification for Amazon, your purchase order must have been assigned a carrier by Amazon if collect, or have an appointment scheduled with Amazon for receipt. If prepaid on your vendor central dashboard, select shipments from the orders dropdown menu in the top left-hand corner.
show moreOn the next page, select submit ASN on the following page that opens select submit ASN and complete shipment from the action dropdown menu to the right of the purchase order. You wish to submit an ASN form, on the next page. Select the purchase order and click next. All the information from your routing request will be on the next two pages. So be sure to double check that none of this information has changed before clicking next and next again.
You can also choose to save this advanced shipment notification as a. If you are missing some pertinent information. on the next page, fill out all relevant information regarding the ship date, the shipment type, the volume and weight, your carrier, and the tracking number and then click next. On the following page, select the tracking number that you have just filled in on the previous page, alongside each Amazon container code from the dropdown menu. That is your AMZNCC license plate number and click next. If you are happy with all the information on the following page, you can select submit.
On the final page, you can choose to print the carton labels, which will ensure that all of Amazon’s labeling requirements are fulfilled or simply to use these labels as examples for you to ensure your own labels that you generate from your system, have all the information that the Amazon labels have. You can also print the bill of lading for this shipment, from this page as well. Lastly, you can also create the invoice from this page.
