On your operational performance dashboard, you will be able to see the total value and penalties for all of your current chargebacks. By clicking on the view defect list, you will be able to see all current chargebacks as they stand for your account. You can click on each chargeback ID to open each chargeback up in more detail. This page will give you the ID of your chargeback, the current status of this chargeback.
show moreThe reason for this chargeback, the date, the chargeback was created the penalty fee for this specific chargeback and what purchase order it originated from further down, you can see more detailed summary of this specific chargeback. What actions regarding disputes, etc, have been taken, if any, and additional notes from Amazon’s fulfillment center, which normally consists of images taken in Amazon fulfillment center of the product or carton, etc.
On your defect list page, you can then also open up the purchase order itself to gain more information about what you shipped with this product to gain insight into any additional chargebacks, either of a similar nature or occurring on the same purchase order.
On your defect list page, you can also choose to sort your chargebacks by issue ID, purchase, order status, issue date most recent first, issue date most recent last. Product EAN issues type financial charge, high to low financial charge low to high. You can also choose to search for a chargeback if it is not recent or not showing in your current defect list by product name, ASIN UPC, EAN purchase order number or chargeback ID.
You can then change your date range to search for the chargeback further filters for search are status shipment type vendor codes, issue types. And the ship to fulfillment centers.
