Vendor Central: Why is Amazon Not Placing Purchase Orders

When you realize that Amazon is not placing purchase orders for some of your products, be sure to make a list of what products these are and ensure that they’re listed by ASIN as Amazon checks products via their Amazon assigned ASINs more readily than they do any other product ID time, click on the support link at the top of your vendor central dashboard on the following page.

Leave the option of fields blank, unless you wish to make a reference to the attached list of ASINs for the products that Amazon is not placing purchase orders for, in the body of the email, kindly ask Amazon to give you reasons as to why your products are not being ordered by Amazon. If you have already searched for your products on Amazon marketplace and cannot find them, you should definitely ask why they’re not showing up on the website either. When you are done typing up your email, click the submit button at the bottom. With any luck, Amazon will get back to you within 24 hours to save what the problem is.
