show moreThat would be in the original manufacturer’s packaging frustration free packaging is packaging that is made of a hundred percent recyclable materials, easy to open and designed to ship products in the original packaging, which eliminates the need for an additional shipping box. All items larger than 18 inches by 14 inches by eight inches or 20 pounds or more sold through Amazon must be designed and certified as ready to ship, which is either tier one frustration, free packaging or tier two ships in own container.
Within the frustration free packaging programs, you can have your tier one or tier two products certified through Amazon support center. SIOC stands for ships in own container and refers to products that don’t require Amazon over boxing. PFP stands for prep, free packaging and refers to other than over boxing.
Additional preparation by Amazon is not required. APAs stands for Amazon packaging support and supplier network and refers to companies and laboratories that help design test and supply packaging in line with Amazon’s packaging certifications.
