We also learned that the more positive verify reviews that are left by happy customers, but potential for more sales growth due to the likelihood of increased conversion rate.

It is more important than ever for shoppers to believe that the reviews are authentic and written by an actual shopper. So what steps to loyal customers take will leaving a good review on Amazon to help build trust back into the marketplace.
Let’s review some tips customers can take for leaving a high quality review. The first is length 75 to 500 words is the sweet spot. Amazon allows up to 5,000 word reviews, but too short or review provides no real value to the reader. And writing a long essay is likely not going to be read by anyone. So reviewers should stick with a minimum of 75 and a maximum of 500 words.
Also if the comment is approaching more towards the higher 500 word count, the customer should separate main point into small paragraphs, most online readers scan or glance at the content. So I large length paragraph makes it harder to read. So chunking out the information into a few paragraphs will make it much more inviting and much easier for potential shoppers to read.
The second is honesty being honest in the star ratings is really important for seller rankings because it provides authentic feedback on product performance. The rating and review is tied to a customer’s profile. So in this case, honesty is the best policy reviews are designed to be informative and helpful.
They should not be written with displaced, anger, or resentment, but rather a customer shall leave honest feedback. It is more genuine and reflective of their experience. And then the end over all. Much more helpful for other shoppers next is to provide updates when appropriate as an example, customers that use the product and initially love it and leave a glowing review.
But months later, their product starts to break down or not perform up to par any longer. Should update the review to provide their latest experience and let other shoppers know the product can be manufactured poorly and will not stand the test of time. Conversely, if a customer had a negative experience and received great customer service from the seller in the form of a replacement or refund, Then the customer shall let other customers know that the seller try to make amends.
And lastly customer should provide pictures. Pictures from customers are more real and authentic. Of course sellers hire professional photographers to light and take the best pictures of their products to show them in the best light as possible. But customers’ photos give other shoppers a candid glimpse of their products in use by actual users.
It shows the products in a more real setting. One that a customer is actually using in it without special props or lighting. And again, Since this is an online forum, one to three images per reviewers is more than enough. So it doesn’t seem like a staged or fake review.
