Product Reviews, Seller Feedback and Customer Questions

Customers comments and reviews are a powerful way for brands to receive social proof about how customers perceive them as a seller. They also provide valuable insight into their product performance, likes and dislikes. Another customer’s opinion has a direct influence. I’m motivating a potential purchaser to take action and buy a product, or conversely steer them away from buying it altogether.
show moreSo what happens when a customer posts a comment and later changes their mind and wants to alter even. Unfortunately, there are no uniform guidelines for editing or deleting customers’ comments from seller feedback or customer reviews. So we’ll look at them individually. First we’ll address seller feedback.
If a customer left feedback for a third party seller, they can remove the feedback within 60 days from when they left the initial comment. Although it varies. Most third-party seller feedback cannot be edited. It can only be removed. If a customer does decide to remove the feedback they have posted, they will not be able to post new feedback for that third-party seller transaction.
Next we’ll address customer reviews for products. Customers are allowed to leave a review on a product at any time. They are also allowed to add it, change or delete that review at any time to alter or change a review, a customer can visit there, your profile here. They can go into the community activity section and find the review.
They want to change here. They can select the review. They will like to change or delete so that the appropriate options and then submit the change.
