With stores comes a free handy tool to track your store’s performance analytics. This is the store insights tool found in the same Amazon account that you created your store in. Go to the managed stores page on Amazon that gets started once your store is live, you’ll have a view insights button above the edit store button.
show moreClick view insights to go to access to this tool. The first page you’ll see is the insights overview. This is a snapshot of the overall performance of your store. The overview gives you a preview of the amount of visitors, the number of page views per visitor sales units sold and orders. Right at the top of the page, we have the option to both change the date range and to export data to a CSV Excel file.
Moving down the page, we get a graph that this plays either the number of visitors or page views within the selected date range. We get a daily look at the metrics that visually shows you the peaks and valleys in your data, along with an average to the right. You get data on your top pages, top sources and top tags.
You couldn’t filter these by several factors, including sales, views, units, and orders. Under the first row of data, we get to more graphs on the sales data that help that also break down statistics daily at the bottom, you’ll get a daily breakdown of stats on visitors, views, orders, sales. Sales per visitor and units per order with totals located all at the bottom.
