Amazon Store

We are currently looking in the backend of the Amazon storefront builder in order to showcase image requirements specifically for our storefronts, we have laid out a couple of blank content tiles that can all be made into images. The smallest image that you can add is a square tile that is 750 by 750 pixels.
show moreIf you click into the tile and then click image, it’ll give you the necessary pixels. If you need to be refreshed. Amazon makes things simple for us because every type of content tile is based off of modules of the 750 by 750 pixel square. For example, as we look at this rectangular content tile, We can see that it is made up of two of the 750 by 750 square content tiles aligned horizontally.
This creates a content tile that has 1500 pixels wide by 750 pixels. Scroll on down. We will see two large square content tiles that are simply the same size as two of the rectangular content tiles. We just looked at simply stacked on top of each other, making this square 1500 pixels by 1500 pixels. If you ever forget the size of a content tile, just remember that 750 pixels by 750 pixels is the base module.
And you simply just build up and scale from there. Images must be high resolution and not pixelated distorted or stretched in any way. For best practices, we recommend exporting images to the exact sizes that Amazon calls for. This does two things. First, you minimize Amazon’s compression of your images, which can degrade the quality and legibility of images, especially those are texts.
Second exporting images, the size, reduce the file size of your images. Uploading images with a big file size will slow down the performance of your storefront and create a frustrating shopping experience. You run the risk of people getting impatient and leaving her page. Treat your storefront like your website and keep your files as, as small preferably under one megabyte, Amazon outlines, several types of images that are prohibited from store funds.
These include children in dangerous or adult situations, excessive violence, or gore images of actual or implied abuse, sexual images and intimate apparel.
